The job
Answering the same question a hundred times: which visa applies to me, and what do I need for it? That question used to be answered by a person, in a forum, from memory, in the wrong year. Now it is answered on the page, correctly, at three in the morning.
Where it was stuck
BY HAND, and UNPROVABLE. German speakers moving to Thailand were reading rules that were machine-translated, years out of date, or buried in a forum thread from 2019. The rules themselves change several times a year, so nothing written once stayed correct.

A wizard asks a handful of questions and names the visa that fits, with the requirement figures that apply today. Every number on the site comes from one document, so a rule change is one edit in one place instead of a hunt through forty pages.
The method came out of the build. Not the other way round.
One document holds every regulated number. One assistant writes, another checks, a third only looks things up. The site is the proof that the method survives a subject where being wrong has consequences for someone's visa.
